I never understood why people would spend a good chunk of change on new tires when the stock ones were perfectly fine. After 60K miles on the original '22 BD Sas rubber, I had to get a new set to pass inspection. I looked at a ton of threads to find the right tire but since there was no clear...
Since some might still be watching this post, I'll put my tow question instead of starting yet another new thread. Looking into buying a used camper with a dry weight of 3400lbs & hitch weight of 406lbs. I have a black diamond 2.3 with factory hitch.
I would like to use for long weekend trips...
Thanks so much for the info. That is so different to NH and ME. Paying for access to a body of water to fish is unheard of here. I didn't even know that was a thing. I guess, based on your feedback, we're looking for decent fishing where there aren't a ton of people - doesn't have to be in the...
Starting to plan a trip to the Catskills in late September. The ultimate reason for going is the trout fishing but the wife and I prefer to be as off the beaten path as humanly possible and I get the impression the streams in that area could be crawling with other anglers. What better way to get...
Gave my nephew an off-roading day as a birthday present and went out this past weekend. I'm a noob with no off-roading friends so had to figure out where to go - which isn't easy as a lot of noobs are finding out. Figured I'd share for others like me trying to wheel without knowing where to go...
Is there a need to have them leashed while in the cargo area? Besides jumping out, obviously. I only have the dogs the cargo area because it should be the safest for them but never thought about needing to restrain them while in there (they wouldn't jump out).
Already checked under/in the kid seats, looked in the little pocket where the rear seat belt receivers are (great catch all for crumbs BTW)...No key pad but in a super low crime area - not really worried about it getting stolen - thank goodness...
So I was getting the kids ready for daycare this morning and couldn't find the Bronco key fob anywhere in house. I was 90% sure I left it in the car last night but it isn't where I usually keep it in there either. So, running late, I said F-it and tried starting it up knowing it would tell me if...
Won’t be in the stable for long. Heading up Mt. Washington today.
View from the top. There was another black, soft top, squatch already there but neither made it in the photo. Used trail control the whole way down, manual 1, 16 miles an hour at roughly 3.3 rpm...worked perfectly.
No problem for me. Started each with a hand socket then moved to the drill to speed things up.
I actually prefer the look of no beauty ring. Wish I knew that before getting them powder coated....I haven't committed yet but I plan to roll without them full time.
