Had the recall service completed today. Bolts were inspected and found to be properly installed and were torqued to spec, thus replacement was not necessary. The Powertrain PCM was also updated. In and out of the dealership in less than 1.5 hours.
I have OTA enabled - that's how I got the infotainment overheat update applied. The dealer added the powertrain PCM update to the work order, so it seems it is not available for OTA installation at this time.
I've been getting bombarded by texts from 2 Ford dealers (from the same group) to come in and get the seat bolt recall performed - they must have a good reimbursement rate with Ford lol. Other work on the repair order is:

The crash bars did not need to be removed with these tires. Moving to a 35" tire probably would require their removal, which was one of the reasons why I chose the 285/75-17s. The other reason is I like a bit more sidewall for looks and ride quality.
TBH, the 2025 B&O system doesn't need much modification to listen to the music that I enjoy - it is however a huge improvement over the 2024 B&O system that I had in my Big Bend. I'm just looking for inexpensive tweaks and retrofits that do not impose compromises on space. IMO, this can be...
Does anyone know the efficiency of the factory 4" coaxs in the corners of the 2025 B&O system? I am assuming that their sensitivity is around 87-88dB, and that a set of replacement coaxs around 91 dB would play noticeably louder using the stock B&O dsp/amp.
The B&O in my 2025 OBX is markedly better than the B&O in my (former) 2024 BB, probably because Ford retrofitted the dsp/amp from one of their F-150 B&O trims into the 2025's. I will say that a sub driver and amp might be in my future. It really depends on how loud you want your music to...
Naw, you don't need a leveling kit - at least for clearance. I just put on 285/75-17 Toyo AT IIIs on my Outer Banks, no leveling kit and it looks great. They are a bit noisier than the Grabbers that came from the factory. I wanted to install the Nitto G3's, but the C load was nowhere to be...
The B&O system in the 2025 Bronco is different than earlier model years. Apparently it uses components from an F-150 B&O system that delivers more power than the pre-2025 Bronco B&O systems. I owned a 2024 Big Bend w/ the B&O system, and the improvement in the 2025 B&O system is noticeable. I...
