I did purchase the Factory oem skid plate package from ford.

I have front bumper off 23 big bend, fog lights and no sensor holes. Don't know what it would cost to ship.

I believe the capable and modular come with the metal skid plate. The base plastic one comes with Plastic skid plate. I have a plastic one from the base bumper if that is what you are looking for? The plastic skip plate is first pic. Metal skid second pic.

checking this nudge bar out. Made for modular bumper but appears it will work on Capable bumper. Waiting to speak with tech at extreme. Problem might be it will be right in front of D rings,
