I just bought a new one. Unscrewed one screw. Plugged in new visor, and screwed it on. Done in 5 minutes.

This stuff is the best. Used it on a '17 Wrangler, and it kept all of the black plastic nice and black for 4 years with one coat. Just got a new kit for the Broncos.

I use the same rack and extender. No cables though. I use locks on the hitch pins.

Use a toothpick to fill the chip with paint rather than the brush or pen tip. It's easier to control how much paint goes in. Try to get the chip to the same level as the surrounding paint, and then polish to blend. You'll never get it perfect.
