Lol, makes no sense. Because there is no adhesive residue on my hardtop.
All the adhesive is still on the foam panel. Just that it no longer sticks. one of my panels that fell off, had a corner where they forgot to remove the backing paper.
So my 2 big pieces of foam.
Front one had 2 diagonal corners drop
Rear one also had 2 diagonal corners drop. The adhesive itself ... Isn't sticky anymore ...
Whatever they used on my truck. Loses adhesion with age. This is beyond disappointing.

This was disappointing. Another 2 panels. One fully dropped off. And another half off.. mind you, this is in nyc, our warmest day has been like 80f outside and I'm parked indoors Monday to Friday when the sun is up.
whats the best glue to fix half hanging sound proof panels? i have a long thin strip behind my rear seats. wide but skinny, half of it is hanging off, other half is still fully stuck on. it'll fall down every day even after pressing it back up.
