It does, but you need to mount it somewhere. For a business that designs and builds bumpers, it seems like a simple task to include a proper plate mounting option. Preferably a style that doesn’t require removing the plate to get at your spare tire. I’m not nit picking Hooke Road. They sell good...

Skunkape. It's on my plate as SKNKAPE. It's a Sasquatch package. I've never had a personalized plate before. I wanted something that would fit the plate. I figured someone, or maybe many people would do a Bigfoot or Sasquatch related plate. Skunkape isn't in common usage in most of the country...
