If you take it to a different alignment shop, be sure to tell them to use the sasquatch (adrenaline rush) specs. The Ford dealer used the base alignment spec, so even if they had done a good job it would not have been optimal for the new ride height.

Align to the SAS (Adrenaline Rush) specs. It's the control arm angle (shock length at ride height) that matters. Also note that if the alignment is close to the target SAS spec, it typically falls within the spec range for all trims anyway.

The Icon swaybar spacer doesn't affect the ride height. Just fixes clearance issues for full articulation with stage3+ coilovers. The swaybar is supposed to rotate freely and shouldn't affect the ride height on level ground unless something is jammed up. I assume that you drove it after...

FYI, the spare wheel carrier is shorter on the Bronco SAS models due to the SAS wheel backspacing. So OEM SAS wheels probably can't be used unless you add additional spacer to the carrier mount. But +0 offset aftermarket wheels might be OK.

If you buy the RC 1" kit, it has 3 spacers (one lower, 2 upper). To get ~3/8" lift, add only the lower 0.25" spacer. To get ~0.5", use both upper 3/16" spacers. Note that lift to spacer ratio is about 1.5.

FYI, this can be caused by Icon stage3+ coilover kit (swaybar relocation bar). Simply add more spacer to RCI skid if Icon kit is installed.

Are you running Icon stage3+ coilovers? If so, the Icon spacer added on the swaybar mount means that you need to drop the RCI plate further with spacers to provide enough clearance.

0.75" forged spacers are the sweet spot for sasquatch wheels with 37x12.50's to minimize rubbing, plus less stress on components than most wheel upgrades. Probably only mod needed is to trim the corners of the 4 crash bar mounts with an angle grinder. 1.5" will rub and require more...
