Hi, I have Bad Ass Tent's short roof rack and was trying to add a couple of t-slot bolts. However, the bolts I tried have a 20mm base plate which is too large for their t-tracks in the cross bars. Any idea what size t-slot bolts will work? Thanks.

Glad I’m not the only one who struggled. The back doesn’t lift off as easily as it’s demonstrated in the Ford video. I did remove the rear crossbar and that seemed to help.

Is there anything special you need to do to connect the rear brackets to the roof or do they slide under the lip? I ask because any of the videos I have seen always show them already installed. Are there any screws to secure them or when you have both sides and the crossbar installed...

Yes, you are fine. Dealers can assign 10-19. However, with Bronco the priority code really doesn't matter unless it's 99 which means don't build. Good luck on your journey it will be filled with ups and downs until you sign the paperwork.
