Yep, and I thought the safe in the armrest had the little key…with the the in floor/trunk one having a 4 digit combo…but alas, also have the little key . Like you say, serves as a deterrent, but my mind got ahead of reality
I also installed my safe, also had ford logo backwards, also didn’t pre-thread and some screws also a PITA. 😂 but, and not sure what your own expectations were, I was disappointed the car will start if the key is locked back there. I was hoping to be able to lock keys/wallet in there over summer...

The rail yard is right near Worcester, you’ll need the rail car # from your dealer then you can track via csx. All that said, my rail car arrived a week ago but hasn’t been picked up by United road yet. Arghhhh
