The alternator is in a bad spot and seems to be more of an issue the longer people own these and actually go off-roading…or just thru a puddle that has muddy water. Other than that we love it.

I feel there are a lot of jeeps with extra on them and that is why the above msrp exists. I doubt this survey can tell if there are 10-20k in aftermarket parts or not.

You know it’s funny the military humvees with snorkels also have a really high exhaust…that must be so the exhaust vents to dust free air…

Update on the alternator. It is at my local ford dealer. They are replacing the alternator under warranty. I wish it was not an issue as I would like to take this serious off-roading in the future and around here there are puddles all over in the woods.

I have never had a truck type vehicle with an alternator as low as the one on my bronco. The whole can ford 33.5”s is bullshit. U can’t ford less than 8 inches.

No deep water to hit on the gravel/dirt roads leading into a damn motorcycle off-road park. People take their damn cars down the road.
