  1. Fuel smell in cabin…extreme heat in AZ…HELP

The other possible alternative might be a stuck purge valve but that usually also causes hard starting, rough running, and/or a check engine light. Unfortunately neither the purge valve nor the canister are covered by the 8 year/80,000 mile emissions warranty. I'd not fill up before letting it...

AI: "When a charcoal evap canister solidifies or gets clogged, it causes a strong fuel smell because liquid gasoline or saturated carbon blocks airflow, preventing the system from venting or purging properly."
  3. Fuel smell in cabin…extreme heat in AZ…HELP

Just a guess, with no leaks, charcoal evap canister has solidified and needs to be replaced. Tom
  4. My bait and switch oil change experience.

Don't get sucked in and go back, win-win, you and service manager. 🤣
  5. My bait and switch oil change experience.

Rectifying an advertising mistake or clarifying a misunderstanding does not prove their intent to "bait and switch". Either way they clarified and you walked away, then they corrected their coupon; no harm no foul. :) Tom

  9. Fuel smell in cabin…extreme heat in AZ…HELP

If that's not sarcasm: it's squeezing more gas in after the first pump auto shut off. Tom
  10. Pulled a camper with my BadSas 2.3

V12 is the rebuttal. Tom
  11. Squirrel may have destroyed my 2.7 not by chewing

Rodent damage to a car is usually covered by comprehensive car insurance.. It is treated as non-collision animal damage, helping pay for chewed wires, ruined insulation, and broken hoses minus your deductible. Tom
  12. Just had an impulse buy while in Nashville. Shipping out to Cali.

OJ'S chase Bronco is supposed to be on display at the Alcatraz East Crime Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee....
  13. Is Vitro an acceptance OEM glass for repair?

Just like other local glass shops there are good ones and bad ones. My local Safelite is a good one and there seems to be little danger of them driving the others out of business. Tom
  14. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

... or if they steal the Bronco and don't want the winch. 🤣 Tom
