We are working on a video. You simply detach the velcro by the pillar on each side and remove 2 of the clips that attach to the top on each side. Just roll the side panel down on an angle then open the top as normal and it will all retract. You do the reverse to close it.

LOL, it is a one piece that slides in all three sides. It does take some time the first time to get it all straight and the rear window set, Then when you open and close the top it takes less than 1 minute to do. No Cussing and screaming at Ford like the OEM ones. I know, I did a lot of Cussing!
