Bahahah!

Idk they’re bronco involvement in the past but for mustangs they do this kind of stuff all the time.

Don’t believe they’ve ever revealed anything there before. I doubt it

That's kind of what I expected. Some basic enthusiast outreach.

The vast majority of their efforts in the past seem to have been around the Mustang, but I suppose for a company that only makes one sedan style car anymore, they probably need to branch out.

Yeah, show up at the event with a fleet of new Broncos with the tops off, doors off, lifted and ready to rock and roll. That would be different. You can ride the coat tails of a vehicle built in the 60s only so long if the Gen6 is all bullxxxx.

Let's see a Gen6 go against a real Bronco, and not the flatulant final OJ Bronco. And let's see it on the trail beside a Wrangler. Enough of the big talk, bring a Gen6 Bronco and get it dirty. I would show up for that with my TJ and kick some sand on it.

There hasn't been much in the way of "talk", let alone "big talk".

So today is the Bronco's 54th birthday, maybe that's why they were looking for originals?

Hopefully it's an indicator that the new Bronco will evoke a lot of the aesthetic styling of the original EB.

The deal with Gateway was a bit hard to read, but the more of these direct references to the EB Ford makes the better I feel about the prospects for the sheet metal design on the 6G Bronco. Hopefully the same consideration was given to the mechanicals.

As for the date, looking forward, the 55th anniversary might make a good point for the reveal next year. Fielding subtle promotions of Bronco events for a year beforehand seems like a plausible early marketing effort.

Ford did have the new Mustang GT500 at the Mustang Owners Museum opening here in little old Concord, North Carolina back in April. Maybe just maybe they'll have a new bron......no wait, that won't happen. Will it???????

I'm beginning to feel that Ford is going to keep the Bronco to itself forever. Or, it just seems that way to me. :)

If the Bronco is not out by June of next year, at least a definition of what it will be and exactly when then I will be buying a Wrangler. That is when I retire and have been planning to purchase.
