@Ford Motor Company is a marketing account. Their job is to get you to order and/or purchase. From the lack of communication by them on this forum regarding real world issues posed by real customers, I would bet anything they pass up the chain gets little to zero attention.... with the gross assumption that they would forward any information.

I guess I never thought I would say this but I'm glad I don't have a build date or VIN. At least my Bronco is not covered with snow but I sure Ford workers will be out their to clear the snow off of those broncos.
