We have personally not tested them with the aftermarket struts but we have a few customers that are attempting that in the near future.
Sweet, please let us know if they are compatable or not. You make a great looking product and I plan on purchasing in the future. I still have time before I get my rig. LOL.

So, does it actually do anything to make your vehicle run any better, other than by the reduced weight in your wallet?
Just like most mods, it's main purpose is to please the eye. If the pain in the wallet is a concern, this isn't for you.
It looks like they did a nice job with this. They should go back to the drawing board with the tops and get them right before they get too far along with those.

Not to hijack the thread but figured I would throw a bit more love at @ADV Fiberglass after the hardtop dog pile.

ADV Heat extractor hood for your viewing pleasures.

Hey Blue, did a shop cut the hood & install that piece? I thought the piece was cosmetic only. $500ish for the piece, yes?

Looks great huh?! Directs cool air into the engine bay by the looks of it.

No, my hood is the ADV Hood and came complete. You may be thinking of the Ford fake heat extractor hood which is installed on the factory hood.

That's funny!!! I was thinking that same thing. It looks like my Fairlane Ranchero with the 390FE with that hood scoop. I don't have a problem showing what's under my hood!!!!
