I have a 2 door OBX (non SaS) and looking to retro it. I've narrowed my wheel size selection to 33's but really having a difficult time figuring out the wheel size. I'd like to have a slight aggressive stance, nothing too pokey.

Ideally, I'd like to put cragar soft 8's on it but I have yet to see any new bronco with this wheel. does anyone have this setup? I may be leaning on this community to help select a wheel b/c I've got about 5 hours on this forum and still can't figure out the offset i need for these soft 8's.

I love the 33s look but going to be swapping the 32.8" KO2s on our white 2 door badlands to a 32.1" Firestone At2 with OWLs..

mainly to save 14lbs of rotational mass per wheel since the AT2s are 37lbs a piece.

any size 31.6 - 33 I think is the sweetspot for road performance, looks, and off road capability.

16 inch Soft 8 wheels come in +13 and 0 offset, in 17 inch they only come in 0 offset. I assume you would want to go with the 17 inch due to better tire selection so you are pretty much stuck with the 0 offset, this will make the center of the wheel approx. 2 inches further out than the stock wheels or a little over 3/4" from were a stock sasquatch wheel would be.

To get an idea of the poke just look at what other non-squatched Bronco's look like with 0 offset rims - you will have some poke, probably a couple of inches. You could put pizza cutter tires on it to minimize the poke.

Kenda Klever AT2. E-Load LTs Same size as yours. Work awesome everywhere I've gone (off-road, on-road, rain, snow). Pulled a 2" lag bolt from the right rear and didn't even need it patched. Would def buy again.

OBX non-sas
285/70/17 BFG KO2s
Pro Comp 69
17x9 with -6 offset
1.5" front level

Tires ride great and are very proportional. Had to go with the white letters and polished wheels from my high school days. The little extra poke (about one tread width) works well without sticking out too much.

Those rims look just like what were on my first vehicle (inherited). Awesome!

You keep posting this pic in different threads just to boost your "like" count, don't you! 😜

I think this Bronco is just about the most perfect, proportionally, of any I've seen. The funny thing is, I generally don't like Carbonized Gray, and I don't like the Trektop at all on 4-door models, but yours just comes together and looks... right.
