I am however holding out until the 2023 full electric Raptor version.

I would buy it. Fusion Energi has been GREAT.
Being able to get 20miles a charge would get me to work and back for pennies instead of 18mpg.
Make it a Hybrid EV and I am all in.

To be fair, didn't the Bronco R look pretty much exactly like what we all thought it would based on the silhouettes and countless renders?

When did we see what the front end or grille looked like?

All I saw was a race bumper under a giant hole filled with a dozen light bars.

My first post here. So with that said...

My name is Uncle Gump... and I'm a Broncoholic.

This Bronco thing started for me in 1969 when I was 7... and it's always there. I cut my driving teeth in early Broncos and drove one until 1988... when I bought my first brand new and second favorite truck... The Ford Ranger. Yes... I've had Ranger-itis ever since. Most times and currently there where/are two in my driveway.

I figure I have one more new vehicle purchase left in me and will probably drive off to my final sunset in that vehicle. The new Bronco... it's just a no brainer for me. I will most likely wait for the 2nd model year.

I'll take a 2 door in Lithium Gray... blacked out. The V-6 ecoboost... automatic transmission... and IFS will do just fine for my needs. Just please leave enough wiggle room in the suspension to make it my own... and give me a catalog with bolt on accessories and upgrades to get the "make it your own" thing possible with Ford approved accessories. The ARB winch bumper just released for the current Ranger is a great start and a good sign of things to come for the Bronco (at least I'm telling myself that).

Since the release of the Bronco R... I've had re-occurring dreams and moments of deja vu. I've got it bad... really really bad.

My dreams have a song associated with it... Jason Aldean's song... We Back. One line from the song... for you non-country folks...

"thought we were gone... but you wrong... now it's ON... We Back"

IMHO... some FoMoCo marketing genius should just be cutting Mr. Aldean a check already.

Gonna poke around the forum and see what I've been missing...

Oh geeez… I forgot one thing in my previous post.

I'm not seeing 7 inch round headlights in the Bronco R... makes me slightly sad.

Am I the only one that wanted that to complete the retro look of the beast?

Well that's a piece of good news... I sure didn't see it in the R

We Back in the Saddle! Well almost...

Still poking around this place... Glad someone left the door unlocked.

I promise to leave it just as I found it...
