Hi all.
this is my first post of many on my Bronco Raptor ownership and modification.
First thing I would like to ask is that my Raptor came with the adaptive cruise and so it came with the front sensor but I want to remove it to allow more air into the intercooler and I don’t want to relocate it,
Can you change the coding with forscan to disable/ remove the option?
thanks

On my badlands I can turn off adaptive cruise without forscan, you probably can too.

I haven’t done anything yet. I was first asking questions. Also I don’t want errors showing up.

What year is your Bronco?

Edit: Never mind.....I don't think the year matters on these trucks. I'll see what I can find.

I think you would need to disable ACC and TJA here in the IPMA:

There is no info in the Bronco or Raptor spreadsheet for the CCM, but I think disabling ACC in the IPMA would be enough. There are also settings for IACC in the IPMA that may need to be disabled if disabling ACC alone is not enough:

I can't find anything in the IPMA or IPMA regarding front parking sensors. All I can find in the APIM are these bits below. I am not sure if disabling these would prevent any codes once you actually unplug the sensors, but hopefully this helps.

Oh, and you may also have to dig through this section of the ABS to disable cruise control with ACC. If you disable it in the IPMA only, you may have some incompatible config codes if it is not also disabled in the ABS.
