Just finished installing the ResoNix CLD and sound treatment kit on my 2025 Bronco Badlands. I probably covered more area than necessary (had to order extra to finish the interior), but man — it made a huge difference in road noise. Cabin is noticeably quieter now, especially on the highway. Still have the wheel wells left to do.

Wind noise is still the main issue I need to tackle next.

I also did a full sound system upgrade while I was in there: Musway M6PRO DSP + amps, speakers, etc. Originally went with the JL Audio Stealthbox but it is just too weak for my taste. Others have said the same. But I have a JL Audio Stealthbox in my F150 and it thumps. So I made a $1,000 mistake. So, I ordered the ResoNix GUS-12 12” Sub. Now I have to find a tailgate enclosure that can handle it.

Nice work! Kind of like the DV8 one that I have but space is better on yours. I put two amps in my DV8 storage and did two 1.25" grommet holes for wiring. I put two mono amps in there. I also have the Musway M6 Pro mounted to the underside of my drivers side rear seat.

Resonix worth every penny especially the black sound absorber which I applied to all plastic panel inner faces because Resonix stated to not use directly on sheet metal for which they have another product t than can handle condensation I guess.

Return on spend is extremely high and a true upgrade.

Great work and nice job gabbing the amp rack. Def not overkill on Resonix, I added even more:

I did multiple stages of Resonix in my Bronco Raptor. All doors done, all door panels; full cargo area, cargo panels, under rear sear, and firewall

Full resonix treatment- butyl rope to tie the door bars to the outer skin, mega cld tiles, guardian - Hydrophobic Melamine & MLV Automotive & Marine Sound Absorbing Pad and Fiber Mat - Self Adhering Automotive Sound Absorber & Decoupler

Good to hear the cost and effort investment paid off with satisfying results. I'm considering a similar "noise mitigation approach" in BB '22, 2.7L 4dr., SAS

I'm curious about how much weight your mods added to the vehicle and what the before and after MPG (city vs hwy) effects were. Did you see changes?

Most of my miles are hwy, and my mpg is significantly better in city traffic. The combined average has settled in at 18 at about 14K on the clock.

I'm always keeping an eye out for
1) Noise Mitigation and
2) MPG improvement

Yes... I know... the Bronco isn't designed and built to make either one a high priority. 🥴
