Have you ever added a new accessory and then realized your setup actually worked better before? 🤦‍♂️

Maybe it added wind noise, caused a fitment issue, blocked a mounting spot, or just made something harder to use.

And what two mods ended up making your setup worse instead of better?

Drop your “horror stories” below: What did you install, what went wrong, and did you ever find a fix? Pics are highly encouraged!

Pics are always welcome!

Hello. Here is my conundrum.
A few years ago I installed some sturdy, aluminum handles to help with ingress/egress into my Bronco. Much more recently I purchased the 4 part interior light kit. The light kit looks terrific coming out of the box but I'm not sure if I can install it (see photos). I kind of need the handles so removing them isn't helpful. I think I might be happy if I could only install the 2 rear lights but I don't know whether they'll work if all 4 are not wired.
One last thing, I misunderstood one of the light features. I thought the blue ambient lights could be turned on separately. It would be very cool if that had been possible.

If your current handles use the same mounting bolts and there’s enough space, they should work together. You can also install only the two rear lights, and they should work normally.

Would love to hear how it works out if you give it a try!
