Thanks for the incredibly detailed breakdown. The curved bow idea to prevent water pooling is a brilliant one. I’ve sent your ideas to our R&D team to look into the feasibility.Soft Canvas, that seals weather tight around the roll bar C Pillars, and sheds water rather than letting it pool or drain into the bed, a good way to achieve that might be by putting a curved bow immediately behind the rear passenger seat.
Major bonus points if you made a version for rear seats folded down (or removed) that ran all the way to the B Pillar.
And if you make that, the next step , would be a rear window (See Jeep Wind Stoppers/Dusters for examples) that wraps around the B-pillar and zip to the tonneau.
Basically a Kit like this for the Bronco 2 Door would likely sell to a lot of folks! (I'll be first in line);
