Thanks for that information. What if I only went with 35x11.5x17 "pizza cutters" think there would be clearance with stock badlands wheels?
If your stock vehicle is a sasquatch I say hell yes, but if not I'm not sure.

They are adjustable. they have fast-adjust knobs so you can actually change the firmness when you hit a bumpy trail or connect a trailer in a matter of seconds.
Wanted to add that the Falcon Shocks for the Bronco have an internal bump stop, which prevents harsh bottoming out. An external bump stop is not needed with this system.

They just said the winner will be selected on September 7th (today). No idea when it will be announced. 🙃

I reckon it is reasonable to expect an announcement tomorrow when they are back in the office/shop.

This looks like a great suspension option. I would love to have it on my Badlands. I would be definitely proud to advertise that I have it on my rig!

I have this saved from who knows when. Shocks have been out for a while now, but I can't seem to find much info. Two different setups for different tire sizes.

Ford Bronco {thread} {filename}
I've been wanting to respond to this one for a while, but I also wanted to confirm the numbers given in the chart you posted and it took me a minute to find all the data directly from Falcon. So I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. We should definitely get more info out about the shocks.

There are two different versions of the Falcon shocks. The RT3 kit we are giving away on this thread has the "Mid Travel" shocks for 37" Tires. The difference between the "Mid Travel" and "Max Performance" shocks is a 1" long internal spacer that limits up-travel on the "Mid Travel" shocks. The reason for this is to prevent the 37" tire from rubbing on the crash bars, fender, etc. The "Max Performance" shocks can be run with 37" so long as a 1.5" body lift is installed (TeraFlex makes one of these in case anyone wondering). I personally have the "max performance" shocks with 35" tires on my Bronco and I have never felt limited by my tire size.

As far as the numbers are concerned, I copied the spreadsheet image from Falcon's own Bronco Spreadsheet. The second image shows how the measurements were calculated. Basically from the bottom of the pivot point to the top of where the shock mounts to the frame. They have what we call a top hat which lets the upper eyelet sit above where it mounts on the frame. The ratios they used for wheel travel are 1.67 in the front and 1.25 in the rear.

I think its also important to note that these measurements are taken from the models. I believe the TeraFlex account posted some shock lengths and spring rates somewhere in this thread. Those numbers are taken from center eyelet to center eyelet, which is why the lengths are slightly different numbers than what I am posting here. I'm guessing the numbers you have came from someone measuring the shocks top to bottom, which would also give slightly different numbers. All this to say that the travel numbers you posted are more or less accurate.

Having all the shock lengths and wheel travel info is good. I'm glad people are interested and asking about it. Keep in mind that its only one piece of the puzzle. For example: Falcon made their shocks the lengths they are to avoid putting undo strain on the front CV joint. TeraFlex made the UCAs in the RT3 kit to correct the angle change that comes from lifting the bronco and we made an HD ball joint to go into the arm that increases the articulation so the arm is not a limiting factor.
