Day 2...
Still love it. Did some joy riding today with front doors off (easy, but not elegant...though I wish I had the door bags) and the soft top back (also easy). Drives extremely well and the turbo kicks in for that extra punch when you need it. 2.7L has plenty of power (wife liked that feature). Corners well and handles bump great. Smooth ride all around. Have had two JK’s and one YJ (‘92) and the Bronco wins - hands down. Sandstone interior package looks solid with the A51 blue exterior. Got plenty of looks from passers by while eating out (parked on the curb and ate outside...can’t just leave a new horse without adult supervision).
A few things I’m not crazy about (no show stoppers)...
Whistle from the side mirrors is pretty loud. Seems to be better with doors off though. If I put my hand on the outer bottom corner to deflect the wind, the whistle goes away. There is a slight gap where the plastic halves of the mirror join that is likely the culprit. I’ll figure it out and come up with a fix.
Back seats don’t recline...not even a little bit. I don’t plan on riding back there, but it wouldn’t be super comfortable for a trip of much length.
I did go ahead and put the front license plate holder into the designated location (had to drill 2 small holes). Any other option would have just looked goofy and out of place. Ford could have done better on this, but not every state is a 2-plate state. It’ll be fine.
Fits in the garage just fine...it’s a good size vehicle and Ford did well using the space inside. Still getting used to the tech...I’m an engineer, so I get it, but just not used to where to find everything and get all the tech set the way I want it. Maybe by day 3...
For everyone still waiting...It’s worth the wait. Wishing you speedy deliveries and miles of smiles.

BB delivery in Detroit to KpThatsMe. I had to include this one 'cause it's my color, although mine is 2d. Lot's of non Sas BB's being delivered so I haven't posted them all.
Congrats to all you proud owners of the Big Bend. Without a doubt this will be the most popular Bronco trim! It has everything you need and nothing else. This will satisfy 90% of the Bronco owners.
