Front and Rear lockers - Need clarification - Help!

I stand corrected. I should have said it provides equal power to both wheels on the axle.

Front and Rear lockers - Need clarification - Help!

And as I understand it, engaging the Bronco's 4WD effectively locks the transfer case to 50/50 between front and back. So if you also engage both lockers you're getting the 25% per wheel the OP mentioned.

Video: The 3 test Broncos have moved on from Rubicon to Moab!

Would be interesting to learn what repairs, if any, they underwent between Rubicon and Moab.

Exclusive 6+ Minutes of Bronco Badlands Rock Crawling Action on Rubicon Trail

Don't think any of these disconnected their sway bar either. Which would be consistent with the idea that they were trying to test with more standard options.

    Does anyone want ECO mode

The First Edition is essentially a Badlands with Sasquatch and a few other options, so it makes sense that if the Badlands doesn't have Sport, neither would FE. You may be right that Ford planned to only offer a max of 7 modes, but the real question is why. If it's just a software thing, then...

    Does anyone want ECO mode

If it helps at all with fuel economy in daily driver or long road trip situations, why not? By all appearances, GOAT modes are computer controlled, and none of the controls or display look like they would impose a limit on the number of modes. So there shouldn't be any downside to having an Eco...

Many Bronco Modular Top Configurations Shown So far

I haven't seen any hard tops that appear to be one piece. Right now, the only molded hard tops are listed as being gray. We have seen a couple of pics with some that appear to be black, but all of the recent stuff has been gray. Whether or not that makes sense with the other molded parts or...

2021 Bronco Ride Along Event (Next Week) – Submit Your Questions!

    1. What trim, wheel, and tire combinations will be compatible with snow chains? (In some locations they are legally required at certain times of the year, regardless of tires.) 2. Can you provide any details regarding options for placement of winches, license plates, etc. on the front of the...

Many Bronco Modular Top Configurations Shown So far

Correct. I've seen it with just the front, and with the front and rear. I have not seen one with the front and middle (the panel over the second row on the 4 door) with no rear section. Not sure how much the middle section depends on connections to the other panels.

Many Bronco Modular Top Configurations Shown So far

I'm actually really impressed with the variety of configurations we seem to be able to get just from the modular hard top and standard soft top. Image from the Rubicon pics / videos thread: From the photos and videos we've seen, we've got (at least): Full soft top Soft top - top only (rear...

Pics: Bronco Battle Scars From Completing Rubicon Trail

I didn't intend to imply that these are inexperienced drivers, just that the driver's experience is a variable, and the more variables we understand the easier it is to get a true idea of the vehicle's capabilities. For all I know this guy could be an expert intentionally picking a difficult...

    Soft Top

The back glass isn't removable separate from the rear roof. (And we still haven't seen any pics of those rear quarter windows removed that I'm aware of.) But... You can remove the entire rear piece and leave the forward panels attached as seen in this thread.

First Videos of 2021 Ford Bronco on Rubicon Trail (+ More Pics)

Found a few more photos from the Rubicon run from the NorCal 4x4 Rescue Facebook group. Not sure how far along they were when these were taken. Photos don't show much, but I like the signatures on the doorframe.

First Videos of 2021 Ford Bronco on Rubicon Trail (+ More Pics)

That's a good point. We've heard that the camera system can effectively act as a spotter for all 4 wheels, but haven't seen much detail on that. I really hope they are try some trails just relying on those cameras and not an actual spotter. Don't know how often I'd recommend it outside of...

Pics: Bronco Battle Scars From Completing Rubicon Trail

Ok, my understanding is this is not an official Ford video. Just someone that was there recording and Ford didn't object to it being posted. First, awesome that Ford is allowing this. IMO, that should be a no-brainer, but good that they have enough confidence to not freak out about someone...

GM Doesn't Want The Ford Bronco To Have All The Fun

I've heard they are claiming something like 400 miles of range with the electric Hummer, but obviously that will drop significantly if you're pushing it even close to these HP and torque numbers. I have a hard time seeing this vehicle getting much off road following - certainly not being all...

Seeing Cyber Orange in person before ordering?

Don't depend on the Colorizer to give you an idea of what these look like. Big differences between those renders and videos/photos. (E.g. Area 51 looks gray/green/blue in Colorizer but photos show it far more blue.) A lot of these colors look very different depending on lighting. Cactus Gray...
