Extended Warranties: To buy or not to buy?

I am a high mileage driver. My '10 Raptor had 100k, my 2012 12 had just shy of 140k, my 14 had 155k and my 17 currently has a shade over 110k . . . I did purchase the extended on the '17 because of the first gen and worries about the uncertainly of all that torque added to the 3.5 . . . it...

Report: More Bronco Allocations For Dealers Who Upgrade Their Showrooms

Lamoille Valley Ford in Hardwick. The largest volume Ford truck seller in VT . . .

    Reservation info from my dealer

Both my local dealer - who I did not reserve with but deal with for work - and my reservation holding dealer have expressed that the FE 4-door will be first off the line. Who really knows? . . . only time will answer such questions!

    Non-refundable $2500 deposit normal?

That's ludicrous. If my dealership asked for up to 1000.00 I would be fine with that - they are not - but it would have to be refundable. If they want a NON-refundable deposit for something I can not lay my eyes on then I will be taking my name off the list . . . 2500.00 is seemingly overboard...

Want your Bronco sooner? Be flexible on options

Why would you believe that the least desired vehicle would be the quickest off the line? Wouldn’t that be the last one produced if it’s the least popular choice? I can’t imagine many (any?) people who have waited this long already making big sacrifices in options in hopes - not a guarantee -...

Want your Bronco sooner? Be flexible on options

Yeah - what’s a little more time at this point in order to be as satisfied as possible? I’m ready when I get the call and each passing week is just another few dollars to put away to decrease those 36 payments!

Written commitment to buy required before dealer will place order

Exactly. I was asked to put down 500.00 when I ordered my 14 Raptor but have since ordered a 17 Raptor and 19 Ranger for my son. No deposit or language / signing any guarantee to purchase ... And I am actually fine with a deposit if requested - which should be all the ‘commitment’ necessary.

Written commitment to buy required before dealer will place order

I have not seen anything like this . . . but if my dealership throws something like this at me I will not be ordering. I am not committing to a 61k vehicle that I have never driven or laid my eyes on. Furthermore I will be trading in my Raptor and this gives them carte-blanche to totally screw...

Dealer Visit: !) What they said about ordering. 2) Test drove FE Bronco Sport. 3) Area 51 & Cactus Grey.

No offense to anyone down there - but another good reason not to live in, or at least have ordered my Bronco, in Miami!

    Shadow Black

I have driven black Raptors (3) since 2010 . . . have always liked black - think it is just bad-ass. But am going all out change-up this time with the velocity blue . . . I don't think anything except the grays maintain much of a 'clean' appearance anyway (and, personally, I find gray - in any...

Am I crazy, or is the Badlands trim the worst deal?

    That is correct - I mis-spoke . . . the MIC top.

Am I crazy, or is the Badlands trim the worst deal?

Am getting the 4 door myself, which comes with the modular top, and adding the canvas bimini for the summer . . . and I actually saw the pics of the interior posted earlier today and while it is not perfect it is a whole lot more appealing that I had previously though. We'll like it in the end...

Am I crazy, or is the Badlands trim the worst deal?

No brainer for me . . . I have zero interest in the swaybar disco, want the side steps, the 2.7 and Sas . . . I definitely agree that the interior is a drawback but that is the only negative for me. I went back and forth for a while but over the last couple weeks have been ready . . . let's get...

First pics of rear cup holders and armrest - in 4 door leather WildTrak

I have to say that the interior color (non) choice in the Wildtrak was my one and only issue . . . it looks far, far better in these pics than I had imagined. While I still would prefer a black dash this looks pretty good. Thank you for the photos!

    Help with my decision

If it were me and those were my only two choices I would have to go with the BD Sas. As much as I enjoy all the tech and little extras I want the look. I am going Wildtrak because - to me - it has the best looking exterior and I prefer the blacked out accents. I will load it up but have to...

    Who “wants” to be delayed???

Day One reservation. The only thing I’d change on my 4 dr Wildtrak is the interior ... so if a ‘late arrival’ means I get a black interior I’d be willing ... otherwise I’m ready to take delivery (and live with the interior for 36 payments!) yesterday!

Report: More Bronco Allocations For Dealers Who Upgrade Their Showrooms

Yes - it’s too bad these guys, who truly do put the customer first and make you almost feel like family, get the short end of the stick in these situations ... I failed to mention but these guys also have the most Bronco reservations as well ... that should stand for something with the Big Boys.

Report: More Bronco Allocations For Dealers Who Upgrade Their Showrooms

EXACTLY - my dealership moves the most F150s in Vermont (I know - it is 'only' Vermont, but still . . . ) from a tiny town literally in the middle of nowhere - they do it because they invest in the customer service and trade allowances instead of shining up the showroom . . . so they're screwed...

NO roof rail option on Wildtrak and Badlands with Sasquatch or 2.7 Eco.

I have no issue adding the tow package on the 21 Wildtrak - which obviously is Squatched
