Lee's is down the road from his dealership ( a test ). If I was still in that area, I would vet and jump on that deal. I don't know @DealerInsider but he is in a competitive Philly market.
Ford keeps adjusting the rules and maybe my this guy now sees an opening that allows him to offer this deal...
Opposite of your build, maybe they can see room in the MY21 schedule for 4 door Base - Non Sasquatch. Maybe a little marginal analysis going on. Look at Bronco6g's take rate on Sasquatch. What precentage of MY21 builds can be Sasquatch builds?
So your unused reservation now has value. Whether you are looking to cancel your only one or drop a second one. It's transferable-its a commodity. Find a buyer ( dealer ).
So the question is do you convert now and lock in what appears to be a MY22 front of the line status?
Will Ford try to adjust commodity shortages by modifying models and options available in MY22?
What the are the unknows for MY22 ?
Price increases
Models dropped because of low take rates...
I think its possible to read it as three ways that MY22 will be delivered as -
1. MY21 overflow ( can be read as 50% of converted orders )
2. MY22 non-converted dealer list ( will timestamp count ?)
3. Dealer stock

As of now, my online Ford account has not shown a conformation and it said to...
What Trap? Just trying to help people understand they have choices at lease end. So the bank sets the residual too low. Buying or leasing, a used car is worth what it is worth. Lease "A" simply turns the car in at the end -walks way and thus overpays. Lease "B" sells at market price and...
Looks like you used a OBX 2 Dr-
@BravoV4 posted the residuals at 51 % after 4 years. So I'm thinking it would be worth about $26,380. For what it's worth this lease has a 5.25% interest rate.
This is what most people against leases miss. The bank is guessing on the future value. Pick the right vehicle to lease and don't return it. Instead sell it or better yet get a dealer to buy it out. No worries on damage or miles.
Understand the money factor and how the net capitalize cost comes...
