6,000 miles so far 2.3 10spd and I have yet to put premium in. My previous car was a high compression motor and required premium so I'm kinda enjoying the regular pump rn. I'll probably put a tank or two in at some point. The 2.3 is perfectly fine, its not slow and its not fast
Oh I'm not saying mine are anywhere near hitting either. I can just see the idea behind it. Plastic meets MGV, cue the my seats won't stop squeaking posts.
@LaMamalona yea Frank looks cool. I studied a map and you’re right it looks very limited but I think a few green trails are still open. Appreciate the tips
Uh I think I see an orange cord on your MIC, you should deff trade for my soft top. Jokes aside congrats and enjoy it. Sorry about that mismatched trim piece, infuriating.
Not as bad as op's or some others in this thread. But it's perfect at the top and then bent inwards at the bottom. Completely stock 2022 4 door BD Sas. Had it for about a Month
Getting to this thread super late. Saw group buy mentioned, is there a special thing anyone has to do or just keep an eye peeled for a preorder announcement? Plug and play for non signature lighting owners? Thanks!
Looks like a ton of fun, now its just getting time to go out there. DM me if you ever want a trail buddy, I'm inexperienced but want to change that @BLMike
Thats probably where my buddy got hung up, he was with some built Jeeps I think and I can see a scenario where he went where they went. He's got a 4dr BD Sas like me. He just recently put quick disconnect links on the front, said they helped albeit annoying to lay down in the mud to disconnect...
Thanks! I've been invited out there a few times but couldn't make it work schedule wise. I've seen photos from Sourgrass, looks challenging but maybe my buddy was on a hard section. He said he was getting hung up etc. @Mdemieville
I'm in Oakland, thanks for these suggestions. I'm pretty new to off-roading but want to get out there when I am able, do you have opinions about the parks you named? Like least crowded, easiest for beginners etc. @Sewie
A buddy of mine on here has been to Sourgrass twice with experienced people, looked difficult but maybe they just chose a harder route. It looks super fun up there though, I'd love to go some time with someone whose been there before @Nemo
