  1. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

I don't have control over pricing, but things do cost more today than a few years ago when we launched that kit for JK JL
  2. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

Use your on board air system (Every vehicle should have On Board Air)or add a very small actuator air system for lockers. https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/g2-core-dual-rate-sway-bar-systems/prod2290003
  3. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

The Current system is $1299 for the JK JL platform.
  4. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

That's what I'm talking about. Ford kept the swaybar disconnect close to the premium build sheets when in reality, flex before lockers gets you through the obstacles easier.
  5. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

Yes? and Yess! So the small bar will take that snap back out of the chassis when you drive down into a hole compressing one corner of the front suspension. if you've ever hit a hard hole on one side of the vehicle and your head hit the side window cause you weren't ready for it, that's what the...

Thanks! I think the disco swaybar is a must have on these vehicles. As for the soft top rack, we are going to wait a bit until the changes in tops calm down.
  11. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

The problem with the bronco front swaybar is ford vulcanised the frame. mount bushings to the bar. So if you remove the links, you can’t push the bar up and away. So eventually the CV boots will get cut by the bar end.
  12. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

Yep. Air actuated. It’s default setting is spring engagement and air pressure to release.
  13. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

Air is pretty reliable. It’s pretty easy to fix on the trail. It’s my preference for lockers and such.
  14. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

The kit would be everything to replace the swaybar. The air supply would come from any on board air source or a G2 sway bar and locker compressor.
  15. Possible G2 dual rate swaybar -- in testing on Bronco

That was a great trip! this is air actuated. Based on the JK JL part already available from G2.
