Sadly... it's comforting to see your post... I was wondering if I was the only one still waiting for my nearly TWO year old reservation, all the while, as I see folks post all their cool upgrades and trips with their Broncos, and I see Broncos driving around my area daily.
Good read and good pics and a good tale of a good adventure... next time do another test, the false positives on those are like unfilled and delayed Bronco orders. Plentiful!
LOL yes fugly and ridiculous... The full Pep-Boys stick on pack.... kinda like the the plastic crap on the Chevy Avalanche, Honda Element, and the super sweet Pontiac Aztec! Nice work, Ford...hahahahahaha
Nifty!
Gee, thanks FoMoCo. It even came with a fantastic little wooden block, so I have kindling, and a tiny fire to warm my exhausted thumbs from twiddling them waiting since my July '20 reservation.
yeah... that bronco on dub-deuce's will be almost as awesome as this! LOL
By the way, a word to the wise... don't actually go off-roading on 22's. Not good for the gearing and there's not enough side wall on the tires, a sure recipe for flats.
I got it also, reserved 7-30-20; original order 2-12-21; confirmed with dealer to Resubmit my order last week (10-25-21). At least this emails confirms they actually did it. yay.
When using the link send by ford to the new 2022 build to replace my defunct 2021 order, the factory rock rails on the Badlands are not showing up in the vehicle image... have they suddenly been discontinued? Or, is it just a miss in their image generator program? Anyone know?? Thanks.
I hear ya...it seems dealers are the last to know and least informed about their products these days. Across the board, whenever I go to any of them, no matter which manufacturer, I usually am the most informed one. I suspect their turn over is just too great, they can be apathetic and rely on...
THanks... yeah, that's my concern. We have a reservation (most of us over a year ago now) and have no idea when we need to reorder, and if there is only a set time for that window to be open, and then you will just become a 'new' order in the till.
