    Useless message from them. They never act. Why no just call the owners using tech support. Sending people to dealers who are even less informed isnā€™t helpful to anyone.

    They do this with everything. Point fingers at each other (Ford and Dealers) and you have zero recourse. Man itā€™s a broken customer service experience.
