  1. What are we going to be talking about in 2023 on this forum?

Just to confirm, this implies that the cupholder situation was resolved by MY23, correct? Frankly, i'm not sure if the liquids are supposed to be drunk directly off the floor or poured on the ground at this point. There's no place to put my nine cups of coffee for the drive to the mall.
  2. What are we going to be talking about in 2023 on this forum?

How annoying MY21 Bronco owners were during the launch and how they all ended up selling their rigs for $20K over MSRP like bozos we're super jealous of!
  3. This is my 2021 Ranger in shadow black

Some day i'll have to find out what a reddit is so I can then find out what a sub-reddit is. Why, back in my day you had to apprentice at a detail or restoration shop to learn the craft. Also, stay off my lawn with your stupid Race Red Bronco, it will get cross contaminated with my stupid Race...
  4. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

Ford is a company with how large of a marketing team, and how many product teams, and how many sub-teams in charge of some aspect of that communication? I just can't foresee how Ford could possibly have one singular, collective voice which spoke with complete accuracy, timing and understanding...
  5. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

Lots of sour grapes. Ford is working out their communications channel on this. That dealerships have a difficult time disseminating information to their customers is nothing new. Generally there is staff turnover and folks jobs are selling cars not determining multinational communication...
  6. This is my 2021 Ranger in shadow black

Your Ranger looks great! Not trying to poo-poo the color at all, but a new black vehicle of any make or model should be essentially a mirror. It's not terribly difficult to achieve with such a dark color. You'll just be dealing with holograms and swirl marks sooner than some other colors and...
  7. Got bored waiting so I built mine virtually!

Building what you want virtually and then calamity is essentially how every 80's movie starts....
  8. New Improved Brush Guard / Bull Bar Design and Location on Race Red Bronco Badlands!

Looks great to me! It's a low take-rate item that won't push too many people away from it if they were on board before. To be fair, there was always room for part of a deer. If it was moose sized now that would be a problem. However, Moose just don't care, regardless. They are happy to roll...
  9. Rick Astley build journal: MY2? Badlands 2.3/MT/2-door

Happy 60th Birthday to my Thunderbird! Chassis is alllllllllmost out of the factory 30,000 mile warranty but she's got the heart of a stallion with only a few hundred miles on the rebuild. I'm sure someone on this forum will be celebrating their Bronco's 60th birthday in a scant few years as...
  10. Video: Gentlemen, start your engines... some 2021 Bronco 2.7L engine revving sounds

Hey, the reason people get into professional miming is for the adoration, fame, fortune and women. Might as well get a Bronco for dual injection and the opportunity to replace two turbos at a time. Sounds like dual injection should solve lifter tick! Jokes aside, I wonder if Ford is still...
  11. 2 Dr CO Badlands sas pics from Alabama Autodealers Show

You should have stopped not touching it immediately by touching it! They asked for it!
  12. B6g forced ride alongs by members who are (priority) orders

Crazy neighbor boy who cried wolf, turns out to be a harbinger from the future! FWIW: Things haven't even begun to get strange on here yet. There's at least 7 more months of people getting angry/hostile/strange as they see others take delivery of "their" build. American's aren't exactly taught...
  13. Manual & 2.3 Ecoboost

Well the good news is that the 2.7 has a colorful history of turbo failures outside of warranty. And there are two turbos on that motor. It's not a guaranteed failure, but turbos are wear items and the F150 forums has enough folks needing them replaced right around the time warranty goes away...
  14. Cyber Orange in person comparison.

Would you Thanks for your hard work! Orange Fury is a very interesting color, but quite rare over here in the land of rain. Would you be so kind as to provide some macro photos showing the metallic flake of your Mustang? To me that is quite important as well when trying to compare pictures...
  15. Can a Ford rep tell you your place in line at your dealership?

Could you imagine the poor bastard who had that job? "Hey Bill, so we've put you in charge of answering phone calls from Bronco reservation holders about their build dates, the edge of the desk is sharp, I suggest you use that to bash your skull in before lunch, anyway, good luck" A few...
  16. Manual & 2.3 Ecoboost

I've done a 2,500 mile trip using our '19 Ranger with almost 700 lbs in the bed and 3,800 lbs being towed, plus two adults putting about 400 lbs of human and gear in the cab. With the truck weighing 4,150 lbs, that puts us a tick over 9,000 lbs. The truck did just fine over mountain passes...
  17. Video: Gentlemen, start your engines... some 2021 Bronco 2.7L engine revving sounds

Nearest I can tell, people are buying the 2.7 because of number of cup holders better times at the drag strip So they don't have to pay attention while driving/can't drive a manual transmission. There's been a lot of conflicting threads about the reasons people want the 2.7, but that is a...
  18. They need to have Cyber Orange in 2022 to Make things Right ------------------------

Dispassionately speaking, it does seem that considering the shortened model year and production, that any paint option deletions would be unlikely. Especially when you consider what volume of raw materials would have been ordered about 24 months ago that would end up being wasted by cancelling...
  19. Making the switch to Team VB

Awesome! Sounds like you're going to be really happy with a bit more color on your rig!
