There have been several issues with the current versions getting covered in ice and keeping people from opening the rear doors. The possible updated version might help that issue.

To me it looks like the new ones have a second radius line that's about 3" out from the fender. You can see it in all 3 views. Looks like it slopes up towards the fender. Might have been added to keep the ice/snow/mud buildup from happening.

They start building them in July (Job 2). I haven't really heard the details on them, but i'm assuming they will be pretty similar to the Heritage roof.
Rotational Mass Effect = Heavier tires increase rotational inertia, requiring more energy for movement, which can decrease MPG. Rotational inertia refers to the resistance an object offers against changes to its rotation. Heavier tires have greater rotational inertia, demanding more energy for...
I believe they are referring to the gator skin textured sidewall. It does look a little like the plastic tires you would find on a PowerWheels or a cheap remote control toy car. Fortunately, It looks as though it's only on one side of the tires. Unfortunately, for tire techs, i'm sure there will...
They need to sell off some of their stake in Safelite, and move the bottom of the A-pillar forward about 2 inches to increase the slope angle of the windshield. Routine windshield replacement shouldn't be a necessary part of the yearly maintenance budget, especially when they're continually on...

I found one exactly like this and it's currently priced at $69k after sitting on the lot for almost 2 months. I also found a 4 door marked down to $71k. Deals are out there now & it just blows my mind that people actually pay/paid these markups.

Sorry to hear this OP, this sounds like an all around terrifying shituation! Whether it was operator error, programming, mechanical failure, or a combination, @Ford Motor Company should definitely investigate this and put some resources towards finding the cause. For as many 6G Broncos that are...
Yes they are. Supposedly available to add to existing Broncos or new orders.

I've owned nothing but Fords, and for the last 30 years, almost every one has had some iteration of the Shift-On-The-Fly 4wd system. From what I was always told, they're designed to do exactly that, as long as your foots not on the gas and there is no load on the drivetrain. I've always shifted...
