Congrats! And while I'm not local and am on beadlocks, I'd join you in supporting this run for science... really interested in your results on a non-beadlock wheel with the factory 37's.
First, good luck! Second, thank you for sharing your progress!
On the weight, springs, and valving ... just skip the front mounted winch, maybe throw on a lighter steel or even aluminum bumper, and you'll be at the same weight over the front wheels as many, and even lower (in weight, not height...
Nothing to add (rent something) other than I've heard of at least one or two people having a great time on the road in driving Mustangs  as well.
I've been lucky - have never had the engine in Jeeps, Toyotas or the Bronco die on a hill (knocks on wood).
A question for @Fordified1 or others who have had some experience with that... I'd been taught that it was okay to grab the parking break in an emergency (if you're gearing wasn't...
There may be some models built in Europe and or China. AFAIK all of the Wranglers in the US are built here. I think all of the TRX's rolled off of a US line as well. But a lot of other Stelantis (formerly FCA) vehicles, like the Challenger that was built in Canada and the 2500 Power Wagon made...
I'd be happy to be wrong, and can see them designing a new frame (only body on frame design they have, as mentioned elsewhere here, would be a rebadged Ranger). I just won't put much $ on it being a Scout only design. Now, if they do a body on frame plugin hybrid with some genuine offroad...
I was excited to see that Scout was coming back until I found out it was foreign owned, and likely to be more badge engineering (with some tweaks that VW will call significant/extensive/insert corporate jargon of the week) than a real, clean slate vehicle and line from an American company.
I...
Hope you got an answer already but pretty sure the F150/Braptor wheels are hub centric.
Check here and look under the features tab.

Enjoy that weight...
Welcome to the club! Coming out of two Rubicons, which I really enjoyed, yes, the Raptor is just on a different level. Especially if you get out on a long trail where you can properly lean into the throttle.
First, congratulations!
Second - it is crazy that you can get a 12 second, 5,750 lb vehicle on some heavy 37's. Even more crazy is the short list of modifications to get there.
Good find - thank you for sharing that again if you'd posted previously. A quick question - does the Bronco build use the swingset in the video, or, was that on a different truck?
I know, I know, there is a snowball's chance in hades that anyone could fit a swingset into the factory Bronco...
Awesome find! Not sure if the link/listing changed but I'm not seeing any details on the power gain. @LethalPerformance - any sneak peak you can share?
@JohnGalt - I'd love to join you for a full run! I'm going to try and swing out mid October (sometime the week of the 14th) so I'll reach out in a few weeks to check on your schedule.
And if he's still game and the timing works I already told @popo_patty that I would take him up on the offer...
I hope not but looking at the numbers game, if I was running a small shop I could see jumping onto the Ranger (lower cost, more trucks, larger potential market).
With that said I will say I really appreciate @GregFoutz developing everything that he and his team have for the Bronco Raptor.
And...
1) ACC and camera that work with a winch or winch capable bumper
2) Cast iron front differential housing and ditch the IWE
3) Higher payload
And for 2026, since I'm hoping Ford will announce some cool stuff for that special Bronco Anniversary, how about a Raptor R with an aluminum block 7.3L V8?
