The difference between dealerships is so huge (and beyond Ford's power or interest to control), so I would not trust my vehicle to that particular one again. I can forgive somebody for doing the wrong thing once, provided they own the mistake and make it right at no additional charge. However...

Hey, Johnny, it is simple enough to DIY, but you must have a Ford technician or approved shop do it to keep the warranty intact. I agree that the "difference isn't that much," but it is enough improvement to make a difference IMHO.
