Looks like you can’t get the locking rear diff as a stand alone anymore. If you try to add it it forces you to add the SAS.
The only way to get a rear diff lock is black diamond which is only available in 4 door big bend. What the suck, Ford hates the 2 door is clear. I hoped in a few years...
I think/ hope the B&P has some adjustments to be worked out still.
Stuff like auto tranny lowering the SAS package price nearly $2k or the BD package must be added to get the SAS package seems to make no sense to me.

Have you tried exiting and just touching the lock button on the door handle to lock it?
I lock it this way most of the time, however I don’t recall leaving my windows down and trying it.
I watched both videos, on the earlier video the first edition on this test worked well, on the new video the red bronco failed on the same test.
My conclusion is the testing itself may be flawed.

I swapped in a set of the wildtrak fox shocks onto my bronco Everglades, No issues whatsoever direct bolt on swap.
You might look for the fox takeoffs to use on the Heritage, I got the set like new under $1000. Just another option.
This sounds like a mess to deal with. A bad dealer sure can make things worse. Hopefully when you take it in they will redeem themselves, they should fix that sensor since it’s not even the one they claim is damaged. Best of luck.

From the Ford videos I have seen you want to use this feature while giving it some decent throttle, it does not work well at low rpm.
The sounds appear normal as other explained it’s the ABS doing it’s job.
Be sure to use this on loose terrain, not for use on packed dirt.
