The cheapest option for getting the colorized hard top is from Ford when first purchased. If that is a dream option, you have to go for it. New tops for the Bronco have had issues, but at least it will be covered by warranty for a little while.
If you're going with larger than 33" tires AND...
I think the real reason Ford brought back the base was to sell those steelies with all-season tires so they can improve their CAFE numbers. They definitely 3/4 shave the tires from the manufacturer to gain fuel economy. The best I was able to get with them was near the end 24/25.
Instead of a brand new OBX, for the same money a used Wildtrak checks more boxes. Good value, all the safety features, more options, and it's one of the 4 top trims for regular bronco (Everglades, Badlands, Heritage, Wildtrak). (Well, you know this, lol.)...
Wife had a new Jeep compass that rusted out in less 5 years. (Almost didn't make it to the dealership to trade in.) I didn’t expect to get another Jeep again after that, but bought this 09 JK with high 50k mi after the bronco as a family 3rd vehicle for new/ upcoming drivers in the family to...
The everglades is based on the badlands trim. They are close enough for an apples to apples comparison with very minor differences.
Badlands
sta-bar disconnect included
2.7L engine
Everglades
3" higher water fording clearance
winch
snorkel
unique look and some colors
2.3L engine only

Thanks for the feedback @BroncGal. I checked the crossbow and made sure it was curved up. It was, but what really helped was tightening the straps up again after the first week of a heat wave.
For WV backroads and trails you can stay non - SAS and the narrow stance with your Bronco, which you will appreciate, I've been on them a couple times.
For a daily driver in WV I like the non-sas black diamond for what you say you want to do. Get it with locker and upgraded gears - 4.46...
Living in lake snow country, I don't have the automatic 4x4 on my base and there are times where it is a pain with some roads being partially cleared and others fully cleared. For the most part it's fine when you have decent tires for the snow (not too wide). Just pay attention to the road...
Congratulations, sounds like a cool retirement plan -- tiny home and camp out and about with your Bronco. The good news is that you have a base model which has the least amount of electronics of the offered Bronco models. You also have the Sasquatch package which will get you virtually...
It's funny, Texas with private land has the same result as New York State where the public sector owns 37% of the land, but you can't off-road on it. The state took ownership of all Forest Service Roads, and the federal government only owns 0.8%, there are no national parks.
The public land...
The value proposition on this is bad unless you are in a position where your time is more valuable than the money, AND you don't know how to off-road, plan trips, obtain permits, camp... Then it becomes an opportunity to take part.
The thing that is striking about this offering is that you...
I swap between hard top in the winter and my Rampage Trailview soft top for the summer. Last year no issue with the initial install but this year it seems to be stretched out more.
When I park in my driveway it’s fine because it’s on a hill and drains but parked elsewhere it ponds up.
Anyone...
