Saturday during a good deluge the BLIS and Cross traffic systems starting going into alarm. I have seen this before in heavy snow/rain. Usually a time or two and it goes away. Saturday it started going off every 1/4 mile or so on the highway. Are the sensors below the tail lights or in them...
$70 is the problem... a Tire shop would do it for under $25.... partially dismount, mark (so you don't have to rebalance if you don't want to, replace valve stem and move on. About the same amount of work as patching a flat.
About 1250 this year with a market goal
Of 8000-10000 a year max to avoid CAFE fuel economy standards. It’s not intended to be a wide market.
Stop calling it a roxor etc. go to a dealer and check out the build quality. It’s about 4x the price of roxor. It’s not meant compete with a Bronco...
Far different levels of execution. recaro seats, BMW drivetrain, Carrara axles, eibach suspension, and road worthy… designed by Magma and built in a former Mercedes factory.
Added tint today- if anyone wants a direct comparison, I am happy to answer questions. Plenty of reviews that highlight the gauge cluster and steering, but I think you just adapt to them..
different vehicles for sure… both have their place in our driveway/house.
Just do both?
We used to be a 2 Bronco household (2021 Badlands and a 2021 First Edition) + a 2007 FJ Cruiser. 2021 Badlands was totaled in May by a DUI/drug driver. Took a while with insurance and we were in no rush. Wife really drove her Badlands.. She stuck with the FJ.
I had reserved a...
Someone bought it and paid $32k
it’s a private party as it’s showing in my Ford app as someone’s house!

Even if they pay invoice for parts, I am shocked that someone would pay that. Frame and tailgate parts alone were over $10k
I can’t see parting it...
Update- It was a miserable process that my insurance company played dumb/slow rolled. Most insurance policies have an "appraisal clause" that allows both parties to hire independent appraisers who negotiate the settlement. It took weeks for them to actually engage with an appraiser. Took 2...
That trailer hitch is made out of tinfoil compared to any receive clevis/hook you put in there. There is no need for it.. The rear cross member will be ripped out quickly
Rear ended at 55mph+ You don't have to worry about the stock loops breaking. I don't even think it is bent. The frame took the brunt of it. I think the factory loop is stronger than the frame.
Thank goodness no after market parts. My regret is not stripping it of anything I might want to sell…throw a crappy bikini top on it and I should have sold the hardtop
I would be totally screwed if I didn’t have excellent coverage. Sometimes the cheapest insurance is not the best. My carrier sucks, but my coverage is great.
That’s what a public adjuster is, both Safeco and I have agreed to hire our own. I should know better in a couple of days. Adjuster thinks we have an avenue forward
Everyone laughed, everyone laughed. We have/had two.. Always keep a spare on hand. We have a First Edition and we had the Badlands. It was surprise to get two 2021s... and my wife never let me sell our FJ Cruiser... Oh and she walks to work and I have a work provided F250. I am very very...
Pretty confident that a 39yo in a low paying job who has a history of THC and fentanyl does not have much to go after…
I have under insured coverage that will make me whole eventually…
Public appraiser engaged and has supported my numbers... Safeco sucks at communication. I am on my 4th adjuster and the second just took PTO for 12 days without mentioning it (everyone deserves a vacation) but her out office asks that you wait till she returns to discuss your claim. That is...
Ha! She has minimal insurance and 100s of thousands in medical bills. Thankfully I have good coverage on uninsured/underinsured liability. Thankfully on the PI stuff I am confident that the lawyer will help
