No, I got mine last July so whether there was free accessories or not I was still taking it. I figured since they only charged me sticker and not some crazy dealer markup I was happy.

If you take out the front crash bars like the sasquatch you can fit up to 35's with no rubbing.

The Whipple Tomahawk is a pretty mild tune that will work. I have one on my 2.7 Badlands. I haven't driven a 2.3 with it though.
