Yes, read posts earlier in this thread for multiple examples. It is a pain, since you have to remove the bracket to remove the taillight, but it works.

If you take it to a different alignment shop, be sure to tell them to use the sasquatch (adrenaline rush) specs. The Ford dealer used the base alignment spec, so even if they had done a good job it would not have been optimal for the new ride height.
Align to the SAS (Adrenaline Rush) specs. It's the control arm angle (shock length at ride height) that matters. Also note that if the alignment is close to the target SAS spec, it typically falls within the spec range for all trims anyway.
The Icon swaybar spacer doesn't affect the ride height. Just fixes clearance issues for full articulation with stage3+ coilovers.
The swaybar is supposed to rotate freely and shouldn't affect the ride height on level ground unless something is jammed up.
I assume that you drove it after...
At least two options are known to work well. Note that the second option fully eliminates the feature intended to prevent fatalities in small offset (SORB) collision.
17x8.5+12 (or OEM sasquatch wheel with 0.75" forged spacer) with smaller 37x12.50 such as BFG KO2/KM3 (must trim corners of 4...
Agreed, you have to temporarily use a USB-attached cd. But after install, you can run from hard disk without needing the cd. Or at least you can with the 2021 version.

FYI, the spare wheel carrier is shorter on the Bronco SAS models due to the SAS wheel backspacing. So OEM SAS wheels probably can't be used unless you add additional spacer to the carrier mount. But +0 offset aftermarket wheels might be OK.
If you buy the RC 1" kit, it has 3 spacers (one lower, 2 upper). To get ~3/8" lift, add only the lower 0.25" spacer. To get ~0.5", use both upper 3/16" spacers. Note that lift to spacer ratio is about 1.5.
Are you running Icon stage3+ coilovers? If so, the Icon spacer added on the swaybar mount means that you need to drop the RCI plate further with spacers to provide enough clearance.
Your opinion is shared by many and there is nothing wrong with using 2H. However, Ford's recent 4A systems were designed for all on-road conditions, including dry road. Ford is confident enough in their design to make 4A the default street performance mode.
You are right. For 2.7L/2.3L Bronco...
0.75" forged spacers are the sweet spot for sasquatch wheels with 37x12.50's to minimize rubbing, plus less stress on components than most wheel upgrades. Probably only mod needed is to trim the corners of the 4 crash bar mounts with an angle grinder. 1.5" will rub and require more...
I would probably remove the brackets, mount steps to pinch seam (loose), then add the brackets. Maybe then you can tell if one if one is bent or something.
I had to add a spacer washer on one of the side middle mounts (between mount and body) for correct fit.
Good luck!
Unless Ford changed something recently the bronco modules don't support 38", but you can use forscan and set it to the max supported "circumference" of ~2800mm (~37" tire) and live with the remaining speedo error. The Ford Performance Tune should also let you set near the max (it uses rev per...
Note that the updated low-power controllers don't seem to cycle the steps when applying power. That was the first thing I noticed after updating the controllers. They appear to cycle when you close and open the door the first time. If you purchased the steps recently, you might have the updated...
A few thoughts:
check that both connectors are fully seated. battery ground disconnected when plugging/unplugging.
10A charger attached to maintain voltage
when using Forscan, don't use saved configuration (force full re-scan for modules)
try to clear the DTCs using Forscan? It may not clear...
