I have wanted black hardware and a black mounting bracket for my Squadron ditch lights. Everything else in that area is black, but I don’t want to paint them and then constantly have to touch them up.
Next Challenge: Formal date night and your Bronco. You (or your date) should look like you are heading to the red carpet. If you look like an IRS tax auditor, you lose.
No issues. There are a couple extra steps with the Lobo install, but that’s how they get the bumper tucked in so well. I’m very happy with the end result.
I am happy with @Lobo Off-Road WNC bumper and skid. I can reach the clutch easily, and it sticks out less than two inches further than stock, so no meaningful impact on the front camera if you have it.

I went with the Ford Performance Sinister Bronze for the letters and the Bronco logo on the tailgate. I also did Prismatic Powders Bronze Chrome (PMB-4124) on the beauty rings. I thought the white and silver stood out a little too much, and liked how the bronze gave a little more color than...
The link to the STL files is in the top line of my post above.
If you improve on the design, let me know! After getting the latch dimensions just right and working through some printer issues, I was happy when it all worked and moved on. Someone with some fresh creativity might come up with...

I used Pikes Peak Powder Works in Colorado Springs. They charged me $300 for sandblasting and powder for the 5 rings. The quality was top notch.
I didn’t look around a ton, but another shop in town wanted $500. $300 sounded fair to me for a professional shop.
Yes, they are a direct replacement for the OEM fog lights, and use the OEM plugs and switch. If you want to use the backlight feature, you can tap into an existing wire to power them (I didn’t do this, but there are directions online).
This video shows a similar install: YouTube. It’s not very...
