For at least a few days now, my Ford Pass app says my Bronco is in Dearborn, MI but its in my driveway in South Florida. Called Ford Pass and they said its a know issue and they are working on a OTA update. Wondering how widespread the issue is?

Unload it through your state's lemon law, then buy a replacement. Prices are down and in-stock Bronco as available.

If you are going to keep the Bronco more than a few years, just live with it. While a respray will look great, it will not hold up over the years like the factory paint. A respray will look much worse in the long run. I had an accident a few years back in my Honda, the hood was resprayed...

Thinking maybe a recent bad batch. Picked up my Bronco about three weeks ago (S. FL) and today found the headliner came down like the OPs.

I have the same noise on my base model with auto. With so many reporting this noise it is likely just normal: for this engine. We have a 5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty so I am just not worrying about it and enjoying my Bronco.
