  1. 74 Weld brake line pressure loss

Are they sending slightly longer lines? That looks like they are a good 4 or 5mm, too short for that range of motion.
  2. Sas wheel offset

Just a lift will not allow clearance for some 37's.
  3. Sas wheel offset

Stock SAS wheels have a 30mm offset. Going to a 0 offset wheel moves the sidewall of the tire out (away from the frame) 1.8" Just changing the wheel offset will not improve clearance for 37" tires. Not sure what your question was, but I am confident in these answers.
  4. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

I was down as low as 10 psi at my last summer offroad which was mostly just trails and big elevation changes. No big obstacles other than some boulders all pushed together. It just kept things nice and comfortable. It's finally snowing in Minnesota, and hunting season is done, so I can get...
  5. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

I get the warning at 32psi I think. That's what I recall from winter. I've found 38psi in the goodyears is about perfect for fuel economy and trade off for comfort on the road. Offroad I air down to about 12.
  6. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

Drop them to 38 and it'll feel better I bet. Remember the cold temp means once you're on the road it'll actually warm up and increase pressure. Big tires like this do generate heat, so I bet your 40psi are pushing 42 to 43 psi or more when warm.
  7. Swapped Goodyears for KO2s - noticeably worse ride quality

Check the air pressure vs what you had on the Goodyears. When they swap the tires they may have put more pressure in the KO2's than the Goodyears and that would explain what you are feeling.
  8. The Best Truck Tires, According to Experts (September 2023 review by C&D / RealTruck)

Best tires depend on your use case and can depend greatly on if you are only offroading (i.e. trailered to the trail) or if you need to drive on the highway for a bit, or drive on the highway a lot.
  9. Need advice 37's and Lift!

Really? You are looking at lifting your vehicle, and replacing the stock size tires with bigger tires and your primary concern is safety in a crash? If that truly is your concern, you shouldn't change anything and just stick with your stock setup and remain as safe as Ford was able to make it...
  10. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

It can vary more on the tire manufacturer or the model of the tire than the size.
  11. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

Yeah, if I would be running high speed I would want at least 25psi personally with the Goodyears. They have a thick but very flexible sidewall that would likely heat up quite a bit if going faster at low pressures.
  12. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

Traversing rocky, wet, muddy terrain would be one benefit. Traversing across fresh or old snow reduces the chance of breaking through. This is a non-issue for people on hard-packed, maintained trails The Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation area captured by some jeeps and old bronco...
  13. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

Generally trying not get data because this information hasn't really been posted here in a single place. It's a good amount of data for folks that might be new to offroading. Personally, I'll be hitting a trail this weekend that likely will have a lot of mud due to rain predicted, so it helps...
  14. 33" VS 34.5" Tires

Hmm, this must be a driving style thing. For what you have experienced I've heard people like to keep it in the sport mode and that bog down in any gear goes away for the most part. But that you mentioned fuel mileage that is another indication for me that you likely like the smaller tires. No...
  15. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

What's the lowest pressure you'll run for a given tire wheel combination? What's too low, and what is the story of how you found out? For the 34.5" Goodyear Territory, it seems the conventional wisdom is no lower than 20psi on a heavy vehicle like the Bronco. Goodyear itself has told people no...
  16. 33" VS 34.5" Tires

I'm curious about your experience. I haven't noticed any issues personally.
  17. Wrangler Territory MT vs. BFG KO2 Tires Comparison Video -- On & Off-Road

My understanding that today, it is super easy to swap out to new tires and wheels if you are getting rid of your Sasquatch stuff. People are hungry for Sasquatch parts to build their own if they couldn't get one. That can pay for half or more of your cost of the new wheels and tires.
  18. Why is ford recommending that we over inflate our tires.

Clutch In. just let it go. My previous 5-speed was in a 3.8 V6 running some 17" wheels and wide tires (10 in the rear, 9 in the front), and it would glide when pushing in the clutch and letting off the gas. But it also was not built like a flying brick or having to turn some big tires, nor the...
  19. Why is ford recommending that we over inflate our tires.

Definitely at that pressure to hit the fuel economy numbers. You can really see it with a manual and sasquatch setup. Let your foot off the gas when going 60mph, and the vehicle slows down fast.
  20. Mud tires recommendations please

So you have stock Goodyear Territory tires which should work well enough for mud outside of a Mud-specific tire. Anything more aggressive will affect ride quality. Those should work ok in mud. You likely didn't have enough wheel speed to clear the treads.
