  1. World's First 12-Second 1/4 Mile 6G Bronco

That's about the power it took from my 93 Ford Thunderbird which had similar weight, but much lighter wheels/tires than on your's. I had fueling issues and had methanol injection, but had let off just before the traps, so my 12.98 likely would have been deeper had I not left off (speed was...
  2. World's First 12-Second 1/4 Mile 6G Bronco

That's a lot of power to push a brick that fast down the road. I'm not seeing any driveline updates. Do you have anything planned? Any fears of breakage in CV's or driveshaft connection points?
  3. Best real-world MPG achieved?

If I keep the tires full of air, the 7-speed Sasquatch 2-door will average 20-21mpg driving around the suburbs. 22-23 mpg going down the highway. If I drop the tires down to 36, I lose about 1mpg for a softer ride.
  4. Do You Let Your Bronco Warm Up Before Driving

You didn't have it in your list, but I do give it a moment. Generally I'll start it, then buckle my seatbelt, then get my phone in it's mount, and then I'll shift it into gear and get going. 30-45 seconds maybe a mintue.
  5. Using 4A when raining?

It's really for me something that is automatic so I couldn't tell you exactly what causes me to press that button. But I can share an example of when I have. RAIN The other day it was raining a lot, it wasn't a downpour, or thunderstorm, but just a constant slow rain. I took off from stop sign...
  6. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

Sasquatch on the Base is today is $8,460k. That's still a pretty good deal for the hardware you get. $6,590 back in 2022 was a steal. 2 door base bronco for the 2022 model year MSRP was $31,595. Hmm, the configurator doesn't have the auxiliary switches available on the few models I just...
  7. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

2 Door in Minnesota, and have never had complaints from the grand kids in the back.
  8. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

Yikes, a base sasquatch is now about 8k more than in 2022. Still a good value, but in 2022 it was a steal I guess.
  9. The My Bronco DAMAGE / BATTLE SCARS Thread -- Post Yours Up

I guess I don't even take a second look at scratches on the wheels. So far the PPF on the hood and front fenders has taken most of the beating. Maybe some scratches in the clear coat on the doors and rear fenders, but with the Cyber Orange color you just won't see that at all. The most...
  10. Why do some Broncos have more rear tow hooks?

My guess is Ford didn't test them to get the rated. Did the hooks you purchased provide any information on the bolts or other mounting needed to support the published rating? I really like the frame reinforcement support that Lobo Offroad has in some of their parts for the Bronco like their...
  11. Why do some Broncos have more rear tow hooks?

I think it depends on what you consider recovery. I don't think there are enough strong fasteners used with them to withstand a dynamic recovery. If you were going to just pull on that hook with constant pressure, it should stay together if the bronco weight is mobile and not pulling up a steep...
  12. What is that part called? Or, where can I get it?

It's probably a JIS tapered pipe. Take it to the hardware store and see if you can get an adapter. The coupler style looks like a non standard coupler for the US market as well. JIS tapered pipe is also very odd.
  13. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Took the grandkids to their last day of school with the roof and doors off
  14. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Not that easy by yourself unless you have the door bags. Just be patient and take care.
  15. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

This past weekend up at the Iron Range Offroad Recreational Area in Minnesota. A tree and some rocks made no more mudflaps and my nerf bars are simply in the way. I need some serious rock sliders if I plan to try those rocks again. Steepest elevation change was 28 degrees. Got hung up on the...
  16. My Bronco yells at me!

No message ever on a Base manual. My guess is that this is part of the lanekeeping, so you need whatever version comes with the lane-keeping.
  17. Crashed Mine... 45mph T-Bone [Updated w/ Photos]

Since the pandemic shut everything down I've now noticed more people willing to run a red light. I now treat interactions like I do with my motorcycle. I never am the first one to go without looking both ways first. Then I'll go. I'm so sorry for your injury. I'm glad you are alive. Air...
  18. My Bronco T-boned broadsided by a Pathfinder at 50 mph. Walked away with small scrape on arm

The high-strength steel that they use in vehicles today, and I know Ford uses a lot of it, is simply amazing at how strong it actually is for its thickness. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/2021-bronco-will-be-first-in-world-to-use-fortiform-980-gi-grade-steel.6706/
  19. Looking for kill switch. Two Ram TRX's stolen in my neighborhood in the last week!

Generally, it should be easiest to create something that impacts the fuel pump operation. I would think a switch mounted in the well in the back of the bronco. Even better if you have that locking compartment and the switch is in there.
  20. 4H/Slippery on Highway

I think it was a Corolla.
