This doesn't really make sense to me. Normally dealers don't want vehicles just sitting on their lot unless they can earn more from it.
Have you physically gone down there to see it?
There's no universe I'd pass up a non-squatch BL if I had PP and had waited that long. The difference in Squatch on BL is just too small especially with the 2.7L motor.
This is a weird build.
Leather with nav and signature light delete, mid, and SAS on a BL?
This is one of those parts specials, the factory put together whatever they could make and shoved it out the door.
They probably still have 2-door orders from 1-2 years ago hung up in their system that get priority.
2-door is the most constrained selection, very unlikely anyone ordering one on Monday is going to get a MY23.
Getting a 2 door Wildtrak Lux MY23 from a build you would put in on on 3/27 would be one step behind winning the lottery. You're better off hunting for something that's on a lot.
Your concern is what other posters are alluding to: that dealers are not sharing all of this information with their customers.
I would wager the answer to your question is yes.
Buying a new vehicle as an investment is a tactical error.
I'm in the camp of thinking Limited is the worst trim Bronco. It's just exclusive for the sake of being exclusive. It looks like brown interior, paint color and the white painted top are what makes it special.
I'd rather have HOSS 3.0...
20 Sasquatch allocations means if you're at the top of the list of that dealer, you have a decent chance of getting it. Only 7 Wildtraks suggests that HOSS 3.0 is actually a constraint too, not just the Sasquatch wheels.
Still think Badlands High w/o Sasquatch is the safe buy, then get...
Bottom of the first image:
"Please note that specialty vehicles (Bronco Heritage Limited Edition & Raptor) will still be handled through a separate allocation process."
Unless I'm misunderstanding those percentages, 2dr non-SAS BL seems like the safest way to get a hard top. BL non-SAS high pack still the sweet spot IMO.
Dude $3k ADM when I bought my car would've been $64,465.
Is my math off or is this a huge price increase for a loaded Bronco?
My config:
Wildtrak 4dr base - $55,620
Increase - $1,250
Hard Top - $1,895
Lux - $3,945
Leather - $2,195
Floor Liners - $160

Total - $66,860
