Trail Monkeys makes a nice skid that mounts to the axle housing, protects both the shock mount and lower control arm mount, and prevents twisting the shock mount as well.

Got the rear bumper just about done. I set up my pod lights to have their red backlight on with the marker lights, and the main beams currently on with reverse, but I have the factory front/rear fog light switch on the way, and am going to set their main beam to be on with the rear fog button...
Finishing up the rear bumper license plate relocation now. There a few bits in the instructions that skip some details.
The parking sensor came with these ring spacer things. Completely useless because they were hollow. Thankfully I had some thick rubber bumpers from my winch mount that worked...
I just ordered the 4WP bumper set today and am trying to decide on the light configuration I want.
What lights do you have and would you do it again or change it? What wiring harnesses did you go with?
In front I was considering doing DD 6" light bar SAE Amber fogs (I think that's what you...
4WP and RTR are the only ones that I think have body matching curves, but 4WP I've heard is a huge pain to install, and RTRs is just way too expensive and requires spare relocation (up or out).
I was considering DV8s FS-15 but I kinda like Turns bumper above a little more since it doesn't have...
I was strongly considering getting this bumper with the sale this month, do you have any pics of it without the recovery point covers? Would you say its at least as strong as the factory steel bumper?
When I got them I was one of the first and they said 3-5 weeks, but ended up getting them at about 3.5 weeks. One of the others that got them more recently will need to chime in if its different now. You can also give them a call and ask.
I have the same mount, and I had to fiddle with the sensors a little bit during install so they sit straight. If they are crooked they'll sense the mount holder. With everything done ACC works perfectly normal (used it on the highway too and from work), and the sensors work as expected when...
Late update, but I used mine pretty good in Moab at the bronco Safari, definitely came down hard on them multiple times and had no bends or flexing or any other issues. Very satisfied so far. I'm running mine with rekgen mud flaps and they go well together too.
I added my own cheapo 20" light bar from Amazon. There's a lot of room there for different braands and lots of adjustment. Still waiting on my winch before I install onto the truck.
I don't have any shipping info from LOD. I picked up a 20" light bar from amazon that had good reviews, I gotta run to the hardware store to get long enough bolts to mount it up though. Thats good to know its possible to reach the sensors without taking the bumper off.
Same, they were missing on mine too. I have a 2nd package coming from RC that says "BUMPER SENSOR MOUNTING KIT (QTY 4)" so hopefully that is the missing bits. I'm also waiting on the LOD reinforcements as well as the JCR Pre-runner bar, I think both of those had big lead times.
I think a control pack relocation will help but I doubt it will be totally unobstructed. I really don't want to pay more for JCRs relocation kit than the actual winch mount it goes on...
They work great as a step getting in. They are not quite large enough to comfortably stand on them to reach the roof without really leaning on the paint, mirror or opening the door. I also want to add some paint protection below the door right above the rock rails because its really easy for my...
