It essentially goes into the system as a "preview" and then "scheduled". The dealer can see if you have been previewed (that means in the pool of those they plan to schedule) and if you are scheduled. If you haven't been previewed or scheduled, there is nothing more a dealer can know.

That is not accurate. 10 is the lowest number, highest priority that a dealer can use to tell FORD, but if the dealer puts all their orders at 19, then 10 doesn't mean anything. Implying that 10 is better than 19 for a particular dealer and order misrepresents the possible reality.
