In my case for the Outer Banks, the Private offer didn't fully cover the full price increases in 2022. Base price went up $2745 and Destination & delivery went up $100 For a total of $2845. The private offer was for $2595, so 250 less. I'm not sure if the private offers on other trim levels...

Absolutely you should receive both. My dealer deducted the private offer from my 2022 DORA which is basically the sticker price before the price increases. At this point, dealers should be well aware of what the buyer is entitled to, so I can't believe they are ignorant to how price protection...

I've had my truck for 4 months now and so far so good. Bought a house just before getting the truck so haven't had time to really enjoy it off road yet, but hope to soon. Haven't seen any post about delivery since August so I assume everyone has finally gotten delivery?

Don't let them scam you out of that $6200, Ford price protection is alive and well and you are 100% entitled to it. This graphic has been posted before, but here it is again which spells it all out.

On the positive side it is good that you will be getting the price protection you are entitled to. Many seem to have not which is total BS and the dealer is just pocketing the money. Are they going to reimburse you on the sales tax on that $4350? That is the issue with them playing this game...

I live in Wilmington, NC. The truck is in SC waiting to be trucked up. Dealer notified me yesterday that in will be delivered today.

Dealer just told me it will be there tomorrow so I should have Friday. Just got all my mods in a pile so I can start installing this weekend.

I don't know the official date of the recall, but seems like you did squeak by...good for you. Otherwise you could have gotten a call to bring it back. Fat chance!
