We are literally just leaving for our camping trip and I got a warning I've never seen before on the dash of my Bronco with the trailer: TIRES NOT TRAINED Has anyone ever seen this before? I did a quick search and I couldn't find anything.

Got it out to Stokes State Forest last weekend for a test run. Nothing fell off! Even saw another Bronco at the same ground.

It's just drum brakes that are manually engaged by the hand lever. Very simple. I would use it at camp if I disconnect by Bronco to keep the trailer from rolling. As far as I know it does nothing while trailering.

Thanks. Yeah I was looking around and couldn't find anything near me under $1000 in military surplus shape. I saw a guy selling some decent looking unrestored ones for $800 but it was several hours away.

Yeah it's close but clears. Even still, I have an 18 inch extension that I will probably use.
