So shopping the local marketplace for a used soft top, so I have something to throw in during our summer months since it rains so sporadically, or when we go down to the beach so I can have a roof during the 2-3 hour drive through the city. and the toss it back once down there.
For those who...
I'd have to get out the paperwork for the specifics. But when I got it from the dealership they advertised it was basically an interior protection plan for 2 years, that will cover any damages caused by the user. So seat tears, stains, etc. I'd assume since this piece is on the inside of...
maybe not, interior protection plan i have on it should work though. But like I said trying not to go through the hassle of it if I can avoid it as it seems like a very simple fix
I went and picked up a small deep freezer in the back of my Bronco the other day. Guess it had rocked back and broke the quick disconnect attachment on the rear window washer fluid line. Does anyone know the size or part number to replace this? I'm under warranty so I could probably take...
So in you're experience the hinges don't really seem to need to be reinforced, at least for your application? That's one thing thay was giving me pause over the tailgate reinforcements like Barnes. Seems to reinforce the carrier, but adds more weight onto the hinges without reinforcing those.
Apologies for what's probably a pretty basic question, but I couldn't find an answer on it. But how wide of wheels can the stock BB tires(255/75r17) go on? Was planning to get some new wheels later this month, then upgrade the tires a little bit down the line(wife wants me to use up the stock...
not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but I think 2024s BBs come with both the MGV seats and the wash out floor. At least mine did and I didn't see it mentioned as an option on the sticker.
20+ other vehicles on a trail ride just seems like a miserable time. Feel like you end up waiting around for the ones in front of you to clear obstacles more than you actually get to drive.
Will be going down to San Marcos this weekend to see some family, would like to get the Bronco a little dirty while out that way. Anyone know of any parks or trails on the easier end out there? Just in a stock BB so no lift, still on 33s with no underbelly protection, so probably want to try...
I thought the same thing. Then first week of having the Bronco I loaded a fairly heft cardboard box into the cargo area. Sliding the box caused a small tear in the washout flooring. Still need to take that in to get it fixed since I have the interior protection. But let's just say the...
Yea all of those are reasons I'm looking to avoid traditional beadlocks.
May end up just avoiding both of methods and icons beadlocking technology though since I'm not sure of I'd ever get to the level of using them. FP points may be going to something else lol
Really? I thought that was supposed to be one of the big benefits over beadlocks, was that every normal tire shop out there could work on them lol. So that is kind of a bummer. Like I said I doubt I'd be using that aspect of them for awhile, the bronco is my first foray into off roading a...
Yea the black or the gray methods are an option. Was just interested in the bronze to give it some level of contrast/visual interest. Black wheels just end up looking like a black hole from a distance imo. But I kind of want that bead grip technology after reading about it. Probably...
Thank you, does seem to be more of the orange/brown, true brinze color. Kind of a bummer for me, looks great on yours, but I think it's going to look a bit off on my carbonized gray compared to the lighter bronze color.
