So, Ford has this available, and can use 20% coupon and Ford points, (https://www.ford.com/product/illuminated-grille-letters-for-vehicles-wcamera-p2816686228) but says that it is only compatible with with 2024 Bronco. Looks to be the exact same one that Putco sells. Does anyone know if the...

Thanks for pointing this out. I recently registered for Off-Roadeo and found the email from Ford with the same language. I sent it to the Off-Roadeo folks to see what can be done to apply the $250 "voucher", since the link in the email no longer works. Will follow up once I hear back from them.
My experience has been exactly the same (I have not picked up yet - will pick up on Saturday). Had to go back and forth a couple times with Chapman but final OTD price was within a few cents of what I calculated it should be.
Did you contact Ford and confirm your transition order certificate number and amount. I did that a few weeks ago and provided that information to Chapman.
You might want to lay it out for them. The first email I received was wrong so I sent a reply with line-by-line listing and they came back and said you are right.
It was price protected amount but did not include the transition offer certificate amount. I emailed them back about the certificate and they sent revised pricing that matched (well within 50 cents) what I expected it to be.
I emailed them the day after I knew it arrived to remind them not to drill the front bumper to install license plate holder. They replied with the initial pricing to review and that started the pricing discussion. I am not picking up until May 20th.
